SEEDS

Let’s explore how many animals, plants, flowers, are around us. The more we have in one place, the better!

If you find a lot of different types of living things in one area, you found BIODIVERSITY!

How many living things can you count here?

So many right? Let’s try something different.
Can you spot two species of the same kind on this drawing?

All these “species” are different, all living in one place, a special home, just for them. This special home has tall trees, sometimes rivers. Can you guess the name of this home?

Do you think these species are connected?

YES, they are! And the more connections you can find, the better it is for their home, for humans and for the planet

Lets take a look at different Homes and their living species

The Ocean is the biggest home on the planet. Living underwater must be really fun.

The Artic is a very cold and icy home of all these friends. They sure love a snow day.

The dessert is Home of animals that like the sunshine, they have a LOT of sand and very little water.

The Jungle! You know exacly the species that lives here. The jungle is a really green Home

There are different types of “homes” on our planet, with unique animals and plants. Check them out with this fun activity…

SEEDS

For children up to 3 years old
This is where the contest begins, with the smallest artists! The participants of this group and their drawings are a gift for this contest.

This artist is the most unpredictable of all. We can talk to them about animals, but they may want to draw an airplane and that’s all right. Let’s recognize the parts of the airplane and its materials. The important thing here is for them to have fun while learning about a new idea.

Winners 2019

We have witnessed the growth of participating children, both in age and maturity, by examining how these themes are created and reflected in the unbound inspiration found in their works of art. Their creativeness in focusing on the importance of cleaning our world has not only taught them how to care and love the environment but has also allowed all of us to learn so much from their young imaginative minds.
